I recently visited the McDonald's branch in Vapi, and overall, it was a satisfying experience!

I visited with my friends and family, excited to enjoy our favorite egg burgers, only to find out that they were not available at the store. This was quite disheartening for us, as we were looking forward to savoring those delicious burgers together.

We understand that availability can vary between locations, but it would greatly enhance our experience if there were more consistency across stores, especially for popular menu items like the egg burger.

I'm a regular customer of MacD Vapi, Empress Mall, Salvav, Gujarat 396191. Nowadays we are facing the problem of payment by card. For the last one and half month your shop insisted on cash payment and giving reasons for technical issues to all the "drive-through" customers. So I parked my car in the parking area of said mall for the first time and at that time the security guard demanded parking fees.

On the next visit your staff told me to go to the delivery window and took my debit card for payment and went to the main counter inside and used the machine of that counter. Which is not safe for me or anyone. From the next visit and till yesterday, I am using phonepe for my bill payment.

How is it possible for a worldwide company for such a long period? Why are they insisting on cash payment on drive through? Can you explain? And when will this...
