Neelam Sandwich & Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

After stucking in traffic for half hour, finally took UTurn metres away from #weekendwindow , went home and took two wheeler to Ahmedabad one Mall in a hope to try Tacobell. 10 minutes in parking line, 30 minutes tacobell waiting, 25 minutes Pizza Hut waiting, mind was out of any ideas. Couldn't resist such waitings because of hunger. Suddenly, Sandwich came in my mind as a saviour and immediately went to Neelam, Gurukul. One of the best alumutter sandwiches available in Ahmedabad. That crunchiness of sev, melt in mouth alu mutter mava and masala on the top. I am eating the sandwiches there from the time when it was at 8₹. Now, 35₹. Ordered a Italian pizza and 4 alumutters. I was there with my brother so don't judge my appetite 😜....

Yes, your assumption is correct. the owner is the epitome of rudeness one can ever expect.

The owner does not have command on his chefs who are making sandwiches.

It’s kind of a lottery and no queue is getting followed despite token system.

We have to remind and we learn after 20-30 minutes that our order is not even initiated.

They serve food randomly. There were many customers complaining the same story at the eatery.

The quality of sandwich is below decent compared to its pricing.

It’s 0.5/5 star rating. Not advisable.

Neelam Sandwich – Extremely Disappointing!

One of the worst sandwich experiences I’ve ever had.

We first checked their full menu, but most of the items were unavailable—only a few options could actually be ordered.

We chose the Cheese Chilli Sandwich, but it had no chilli at all—just mayonnaise with a bit of red chilli powder and katchup , which tasted terrible. Hoping for better, we ordered a Schezwan Cheese Sandwich, but again, there was no Schezwan sauce—only more mayonnaise.

To top it off, we were charged around ₹500 for these sandwiches, which is absolutely not worth it. The food is overpriced and completely overhyped.
