Oak Leaf Restaurant & banquets — Restaurant in Gujarat

Visited for lunch but after experiencing bad hospitality and lack of service ethics I don't think to visit again. We have ordered one soup, a starter and a sizzler. Staff came and served soup, after completing soup they quickly brought starter and while continuing starter they came with sizzler. When I asked to wait he said sizzzler will be not in good condition if I ask to serve after sometime. I requested to wait till completion of starter but no effect and I have to waste my starter to get serve sizzler. Even my plate was full and he was not able to serve the meal. He brought another plate and serve remaining food in second dish. I think this is worst experience. While ordering appetizer, found it was also not fresh - without gas. I've complained for that and they given me another drink but this is not about complain its a basic thing to do. Not happy with the service. Found they are not even concern about customers, if they are waiting then gathering in a corner and just discussing and laughing but not aware that customer is waiting for...

Wrong Items in Order and Poor Taste

I placed an order on 20th August. However, one of the food items were not as per the order and even their taste was not as per the standards maintaimed by this restaurant till then. I would have called the restaurant or zomato for this glitch at that time, but, I came to know about it only when we nearly finished eating two of them and opened the third food container. And this means another person may also got wrong items in his/her order.

Never expected this from such a reputed restaurant and that's why I am critically reviewing it. I hope they would take care in future. I recommend all those who order online from here or anywhere else to recheck the order when they receive. Not to mention, I will be doing...

The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

Now the food—absolutely delicious! Each dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made from fresh ingredients. Whether you’re a fan of traditional favorites or looking to try something new, the menu has something for everyone.

Hygiene and cleanliness were also clearly a priority, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, the place we’d gladly return to and confidently recommend to anyone looking for great food, great people, and a great atmosphere.
