Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Service

I had a terrible experience with this place. I booked and paid 100% in advance for a 1.5kg cake on 1st October, to be picked up on 2nd October. When I arrived at the shop(7:30 PM), the cake was not ready, and the person at the desk had no idea about my order.

After I insisted he check the order book, he casually realized he had completely forgotten my order. What shocked me even more was his attitude — no apology, no guilt, just excuses. He told me he started his shift at 5:30 and smiled when I asked him what he checked before taking over. Then, he blamed "madam" for the mistake. Extremely unprofessional.

There were only two orders in the book for the day, and even those were messed up. The oven staff told us to wait and said they’d "check and inform us" — but no one ever followed up. Till now, I haven’t received any call, message, or apology.

My strong advice to others: Call 2–3 times to confirm your order, because the people handling the desk are careless and irresponsible. Very disappointed. Ruined an important day due to...

One of the worst bakery, don't buy anything from here my whole family including my children suffered from food poisoning - drastic stomach pain, vomating and diahria. We brought cake from this bakery on 10 th Dec 24 and from that my whole family is hospitalized, pls don't play with people's life even I went their to told them that , this is happening I showed them all proofs they click all proofs of doctor receipt and said we return back your money but they don't and we don't want also but I want that nobody can suffer from same what we face for my kids 😭 😞 pls take care while selling foods don't play with people life..
