Worst experience ever in Surat , extremely slow and mismanaged services , no one is interested in taking the orders or serving you in time . If you speak politely and wait in queue no one listens to you . They do not care who orders first , make you wait for 45 minutes for a plate of bhajiya - this is why they can never beat lashkari who is just besides them . So we went for bhajiya on a rainy day and noticed that there is no one here while lashkari was flooding with people , since these guys have descent sitting and there was no one we chose this place . We ordered and then came a few people , we waited there for 45 minutes, reminded regularly on our order which was just 2 plates but they were too busy serving others who came after us - so we left without having the bhajiya while the lashkari bhajiya house served 30 people meantime in the same time .
