Patel Dinning Hall & Restaurant (The Grand Patel) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hi I went to your restaurant with my friends as per my friends' reccomendations as i dont live in junagadh. Out look of the restaurant was amazing. standards were good. Cleanliness was good. Service was very fast. Food was not that great as it was bit more salty than it should be. That's why I had to give 2 stars. After my food and paying my bill i was having chats with my friends and manager came and asked us to leave and empty the place by giving an excuse that other customer is waiting. While we were going out there was no one waiting for the table and restaurant was not that busy. Many tables were available. I found this behaviour most rude behaviour as a restaurant is all about customer service. People go to the restaurant to spend some quality time with family and friends. So for me it was very disappointing experience as i was in the middle of my chat and being a guest i was told to empty the place. I myself work for hospitality business and i know that for any restaurant customers are the key to success. Junagadh's renowned restaurant, once known for its stellar reputation, has unfortunately plummeted to the depths of disappointing service. My recent visit was marred by the worst service I have ever experienced. The wait time for our meal was excessively long, with no communication or apologies from the staff.

The behavior of the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive. Our needs and calls for assistance were blatantly ignored, making the dining experience extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, manager exhibited an alarming level of arrogance and indifference towards customer satisfaction.

It’s disheartening to see a once-respected establishment fall so low in terms of service and hospitality. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant...

4 of us had Dinner on 25 Jan 20 evening. JUST BEWARE- See Paras below. The Dining Area needs Air Circulation badly; place is Hygenic, Staff Courteous.I would rate the Food 3/5. BEWARE, you could be served something you did not Order and be Billed for it. Our was a mix of Thali+ A la Carte order 2 xKhichdi ordered. Some Liquid prep also served. We presumed it was part of the Dish.It was not so & we were Billed extra for something we did not Order.

In the case of Unlimited Thali, Khichdi NOT SERVED. Reasoning put forth was that we gave you the Option " Rice or Khichdi". They shud say Rice or Khichdi or Both or serve every dish part of the Thali & let the Guest decide. Overall...
