Patel Vihar Rajkot Review: A Gujarati Food Paradise
I recently visited Patel Vihar in Rajkot, and I was blown away by the authentic Gujarati cuisine! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat.
Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, with traditional Gujarati décor that set the tone for a delightful dining experience.
Gujarati Thali: The star of the show was undoubtedly the Gujarati Thali. The thali consisted of a variety of dishes, including:
Dal: Creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of spices. Kadhi: Tangy and savory, with a perfect balance of flavors. Shaak: A variety of seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection. Gujarati Kadhi Pakora: Crispy pakoras in a creamy kadhi. Rotla: Soft and fluffy rotis, perfect for scooping up the delicious curries. Rice: Fragrant and flavorful basmati rice that complemented the meal perfectly.
Other Highlights: Some other must-try dishes at Patel Vihar include:
Handvo: A savory cake made with rice, lentils, and spices. Gujarati Farsan: Crunchy and flavorful snacks that are perfect for munching. Dahi Vada: Soft and creamy vadas soaked in yogurt and topped with chutneys.
Service: The service at Patel Vihar was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu.
Value for Money: Patel Vihar offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous.
Overall Experience: Patel Vihar is a must-visit for anyone who loves Gujarati cuisine. The authentic flavors, warm ambiance, and excellent service make it a standout dining experience.

I would look and search for somewhere else before coming to this place. Rajkot is huge with lots of other good food.
Prices were low. Staffs behaviour...
