REAL PIZZA SURAT — Restaurant in Gujarat

Bizarre... Bizarre... Bizarre... Worst experience on each & every visit...

Five time I have experienced it.. then after I am writing this post publically...

Each & every time owner try to save the back side tables for 6 + 6 + 6 groups.. Quickly he manages you within short table, like hell, he manages 12 people of group in only 2 tables... And proudly says, " બધા બેસે જ છે... આ વખતે સમજી લ્યો, બીજી વાર ત્યાં બેસજો.. " Actually he convinced us to manage in small area, and saves big area.. actually he knows that I am doing wrong with these customers... And after we manages to settle down like in indian railway 2 nd class on the table... And take 1 plate between two people, and having food like in railway's 2nd class coach, He realise his mistake & says do one thing 1 of you sit on other table, like he cares for you..

Literally I was laughing at him, on which way he manages all people like he is doing favour on us..

Please, be nice... Don't be shaddy... Customers comes to you to enjoy the day, but you guys ruins it... Be gentle.. Be wise.. don't become Chippy...

Now the main thing FOOD QUALITY, it's actually horrible... you are literally having raw dough , not pizza.. and service person do not know how to serve... he actually throw the pizza pieces into your plate... 4 out of 5 time pizza piece fall into the dish on back side, and all the cheese sticks into the dish, & you have only raw bread dough in your plate... Like hell .. they are serving to you... I don't know what to tell them, (cause you are with your family)... I just fed up with all the bad experience I face all the time.. I have faced 5 time extreme bad experience.. so, now it's done from my side towards REAL PIZZA...

Only the positive side is their ambiance... And full Black interior... I like it, I don't know about others... (જે સારું છે , એ સારું છે)...

But, now it's enough bad experience... Now no more REAL PIZZA for me..

Worst Staff, worst management, worst owner...

Nothing good about it..

Extreme BAD PIZZA... LIKE HELL... THIRD CLASS RAW PIZZA.. LIKE , They only want to make money in 2-3 days... & Want to become crorepati...

Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️: The atmosphere at Real Pizza was pleasant. The restaurant had a casual and relaxed vibe, suitable for a casual meal with friends or family. The seating was comfortable, and the ambiance was clean and well-maintained. While it wasn't particularly unique, it provided a decent setting for a casual dining experience.
