RP’s Pizzeria Paldi — Restaurant in Gujarat

RPs is known for its freshness of the dough among all the competing pizzerias but the paldi branch couldn't stand up to the service level and responsiveness that I have experienced at the various branches of RPs. The quality of food was a little dull as the base of the mini pizza had been burnt and that killed the remaining flavour of the pizza. Even when I has aked the staff to ensure that the next order of mine to not be burnt, the staff didn't pay much attention and the next order was still served burnt. Nonetheless, would recommend to try RPs Pizza at the other outlets in Ahmedabad.

Edit - After speculation, visited the branch again and this time ordered a Gourmet special pizza which I needed with cheese burst, so after checking with the staff, i placed the order with the mentioned add ons by the staff but upon receiving it quickly, as always, there was no issue with the base or the taste except for the fact that the pizza which was prepared was not a cheese burst but a regular gourmet special. When it was brought to their notice, I was offered a replacement of the pizza but since I was short on time, was compensated with a mini pizza. Overall wasn't quite satisfied with the whole experience. Could work a little on catering to the exact needs rather than following instructions...

I live in Mumbai but whenever i visit Gujarat RP's pizzeria is a must place to visit for me. My relatives introduced me to this restaurant and i thank them so much till date. I have been to this place multiple times with family and friends and i have literally tried every item on the menu and i have tried all possible combinations available in flavour, personally speaking when compared this restaurant with Mumbai joeys pizza this restaurant tops as the taste of both of them is almost same but the rps pizza are cheaper when compared to joeys coming back to types of pizza and flavours all of them taste magnificent.Great place for pizza lover. They also offer 50% off on Wednesday and Thursday on most items.You can dine in or take away. Not sure on home delivery. Menu item available only on alacart basis. Must try pizza name peri peri.They are cooking live on counter so you can see how they cook.Although place is quite small but nice.If you are going in bulk like office party better to call and...

One of the worst experience I have ever had with any such kind of Pizza shop! They waited us over 1:15 minutes just to prepare only 3 pizza.

They even don't apologise for the time they took. No goodwill nothing. Crazy Nightmare! They did not follow sequence to fulfil orders like others do. The staff is unprofessional, it seems only family members running it though they are charging money like other professional for their services and products which seems to be unfair. This way nobody can conduct a long terms business as it was clearly seen that this store people were only set to earn money without looking at quality of the products and services.

All the pizza we ate was tasteless and soft (like you are eating bread and butter).

Therefore, i disliked pizzeria shop, staff, product, rates and services. Zero star from my side!
