Swift Booking after Pre payments!! (Surprisingly!! all good hotels in the city being full due to seasonal influx, the very reason why we came here)||Rooms|Our suit room was decently spacious but not as a suit room is expected to be. The other rooms seemed congested.|No folding bed was available for 3rd person accommodation, just a mattress spread on the floor with dirt and cockroaches all around.|There is a refrigerator in the room which is non functional, a TV wherein no channels have been subscribed to, its just kept there as a show piece.||Housekeeping|Nothing is in order|You have to keep following up for everything tens of times.|Torn towels, absolutely torn bedsheets and blankets.|Unclean toilets had to be used as their Housekeeping response is too sluggish.|A backanswering staff that simply responds saying "nahi karega ja" be it the guests or their own manager.|The housekeeper was cleaning the floor with a mop that smelled like vomit.|One of the boys walked into our room with their master key on the night of 17th Nov '23 and very early morning of the 18th, when we were asleep, luckily I woke up and stopped him from doing anything further.|We complained to the reception which was unapologetic about such behaviour.|The following night ie the 18th nov '23, past midnight the floor boy came back again and rang the bell and was arguing that we had called him when Infact we were fast asleep at that time. This was repeated twice that night.|We were deprived of a good night's sleep in this hotel.|One nepali floor boy kept staring at our belongings and us rudely like as if he is going to murder us.|Needless to say that this hotel is UNSAFE FOR SOLO WOMEN TRAVELLERS or for that matter anyone.|The shower to tap converter hose in our room's bathroom wasn't functioning since day one. We had to repeatedly ask them to fix it but it wasn't done and we had to miss our function because of these housekeeping staff.|The following day, there was no water in the tap.|Despite requesting repeatedly, tea making sachets weren't provided. The ones provided after repeated requests were old and unconsumeble.|The leftovers from the room orders from other rooms are kept lying in the already unclean corridor for long, giving rise to dirty insects. After you return from a long day, you open the room door to find a couple of cockroaches waiting for you in your room. YUCK!!|The mineral Water bottels weren't provided in the rooms. We had to buy mineral water even for taking our medicines.|Toilet paper roll wasn't replaced despite reporting to the management a couple of times.|We were informed by a good senior staff that the entire staff of aradhana auberge had taken leave for diwali (doesn't sound convincing though) and has been temporarily replaced by untrained youth from Rajasthan, nepal and UP. We did face such attitudes while touring rajasthan, up, uttarakhand, and nepal earlier. ||Restaurant|Rajasthani management|Suffocating environment as the a/c wasn't functioning for all the 5 days that we stayed here.|Water isn't served even after repeated requests, food is served in broken plates.|No buffet breakfast, its made to order|Absolutely no choice for breakfast, same 2 items everyday|Absolutely tasteless, stale and Freezing cold food served every single day.|But dont worry outside food is very much welcomed here. There are orders from zomato at the reception quite often for breakfast, lunch and dinner. |That explains how pathetic this restaurant really is.|Water served after repeated requests, was boiling hot though. We got our mouths burnt because of that and our stomachs upset because of the food.|Dinner wasn't upto the mark either.|Restaurant staff also has to be repeatedly asked to get things.|We made every attempt, to bring such things to the notice of the management in the best possible manner and also suggested improvements so that the service can be enhanced but there seemed no positive response from the management. there was this tiwari who told us that we are complaining too much and that they will not allow us in next time. |Thanks but no thanks mr tiwari, We are ourselves not at all interested in visiting this "joke in the name of a hotel" place again. |Thankyou for the pathetic hospitality and a goonism attitude towards guests Aradhana Auberge!!|Absolutely NOT...

Read moreWe have visited saffron 3-4 times. Everytime the service and food quality has been good. However last time was different. It was a Sunday which means more public wanting to eat out, which means hurried service. What we did not expect was the stale or spoilet chocolate sauce which comes with the sidling brownie. First we felt a sour taste and on further investigation, we found that the sauce was very very sour. Clearly it was either spoilt or it was mixed with vinegar mistakingly. We pointed this out to the gentleman who seemed to be running the place. But instead of giving us any feedback about what was wrong with the sauce and what they did about it, he kept avoiding us for remainder of the time. Only on confronting him, he told us he had thrown away the sauce. I am not sure what to think now, was the sauce spoiler and we ate spoilt sauce or there was some mixing. We were afraid we were going to fall sick. Although we had pointed out about the spoiled sauce, and the guy accepted he had thrown away the sauce, we had to pay for the dish. The management should have the courtesy to waive that dish off. I wish they took customer health seriously. Giving them a two star for this fiasco. We may never go back to...
