The place has good ambience. They do know how to keep it cool and quite. The staff is well trained and professional. They do have Reelo points system upon billing. The quality of food is superb. There are 3 other chutneys served with sambar and coconut chutney with a mouth-freshening pan in the end. I had veg upma and idli vada. The presentation was awesome and taste was mesmerising. This place is expensive though. Pizzas and garlic breads from Sam's Pizza in-house franchise are also served along South Indian food. There's usually a waiting on weekends but on weekdays no wait. Don't forget to ask for basement seating when asked for waiting. The seating is on ground floor as well as in basement. The cleanliness in the restaurant is upto the mark. Sankalp guys do hold a guiness world record for dosa. Be back...

the uttapa specially of onion & cheese- tomato uttapas are very nice rava-idli is very good in taste.the paper dhosa is very nice. also the sambhar & chatnies.

I am very specific about what/where I order and to eat. Some places are my favourite. And sankalp is one and only one from where I go to eat South Indian food. I ordered from Zomato masala dosa,it is smell so bad also red and green chutney are smelling so bad. I don’t like to waste food or throw it away. But today, I have to do this because I don’t want to compromise on health. I genuinely disappointed by Sankalp.
