I have been a regular customer at Sardar Foods and visited this outlet many times. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing and I will never be coming back. I ordered Chicken Chilly and found bristles from utensil cleaning brushes in my food. When I showed it to the restaurant manager, instead of apologizing or taking the matter seriously, he dismissed it saying “that’s not a big thing.” Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and this kind of careless attitude is unacceptable.
