Shree Khodiyar Kathiyawadi Dhaba, Valsad — Restaurant in Gujarat

We visited this restaurant for lunch during our road trip to Gujarat. Here's my point wise feedback/ review: The restaurant property is huge but not very well maintained. The washrooms were dirty n stinky. 🤮 There are two seperate AC sections but none of them were cool enough. There was only 1 single AC for each of these big sections. Taste was ok & prices were also perfect. But personally we didn't like the food that much to recommend it to others. We ordered sev-tamatar sabzi (4/5), Spl dhaba paneer bhavnagri (2.5/5), roti (2/5), roti with ghee (3/5), they serve variety of salads n chutneys for free like many other kathyawadi restaurants (4/5). I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the food quality during my recent visit to your restaurant on 26.8.2024. I had come to celebrate my birthday with family/friends and was looking forward to a enjoyable meal.

Unfortunately, the dishes we ordered - Dahi Bhindi, Lasaniya Bataka, and Chana Masala - were stale and tasted horrible. What was even more disappointing was the manager's lack of concern and regret when we brought this to their attention.
