Poor management. No response or respect for the customer. If you want to dine at this restaurant, be there before their time. If you reach there on or after 10.45, they will treat you as they will give you free food with there limited option. Customer is entering your restaurant at 10.45 pm but there is a waiter is welcoming another is showing table and afterwards the main waiter tell you that there are only limited item we have, we can't accept other orders. They sees that me with my family coming there & sitting promptly but at that time they didn't say anything & after when i asked for a menu, they are like there are only 3 items are there you can take it or go. I was with my wife 1.5 years old daughter and 9 year old kid. I wasn't expecting such a rude behavior from such long running franchisee.

I have been the same restaurant at bharuch & even at Thailand they are so much welcoming as well as polite....
