Shyam Village Restaurant is a fantastic dining destination that offers a variety of cuisines from India. Located in a beautiful natural setting, the restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

One of the standout features of Shyam Village is the variety of cuisines on offer. The ambiance of Shyam Village is also noteworthy. The restaurant is designed to resemble a traditional Indian village, with rustic decor, natural elements, and even traditional music playing in the background. The staff is also dressed in traditional attire, which adds to the overall atmosphere and charm of the place.

Another great thing about Shyam Village is the variety of seating options. Whether you prefer a cozy indoor setting or a breezy outdoor area, there are plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor seating area is particularly lovely, with lush greenery and natural elements that create a peaceful and relaxing ambiance.

Shyam Village Restaurant used to be a reliable favorite Unfortunately, my recent visit was a stark departure from past experiences, leaving me utterly disappointed.

Let's start with the wait. We were initially told a 45-minute wait for a table, which is understandable for a busy restaurant. However, that 45 minutes stretched into a full hour, and then, inexplicably, another 20 minutes. The lack of communication and disregard for our time was incredibly frustrating. A simple update or apology would have made a world of difference.

Then came the food, the supposed saving grace. Sadly, it was anything but. The dishes we ordered, which had previously been flavorful and well-prepared, were now decidedly average. The flavors were muted, the presentation was lackluster, and overall, the food simply didn't live up to the expectations set by previous visits. It felt as if the kitchen had completely lost its touch.

It's disheartening to see a restaurant that once held such promise fall so short. The extended wait, coupled with the subpar food, created a truly negative dining experience. I understand that restaurants can have off nights, but the issues I encountered...

It seems like the manager doesn't know how to communicate properly. The hotels around villages might be fine, but the staff inside this one behaves unprofessionally. Nobody is willing to provide the owner's contact number. ThereтАЩs no one to oversee the manager, and the manager himself behaves like a waiter.

No matter how good the food is, it wonтАЩt matter if the staff is not up to standard. Even the people at the cash counter seem indifferent. If the owner feels this feedback is worth addressing, please give me a call. Otherwise, continue running things this way, but youтАЩll see your customers decrease over time.

IтАЩve been coming here for a long time, but this time, the experience was extremely...

Wonderful experience if you visit on weekdays. On weekends there's generally waiting here. Reach before 7.30 pm to avoid waiting. They take in batches, so if you feel that waiting is there and around 250 people are waiting then your round of dining may arrive after waiting for 1-1.25 hour. I went on Hindu new year and 3rd day of new year. On the new year day, experience was not good as food was not properly cooked, but on 3rd day, it was quite good. Although I had to wait around 1 hour on both the days. Btw, cards are accepted and have large parking space available. Games for children are paid one and puppet, magic shows are free.
