Silver Dragon — Restaurant in Gujarat

Hello, Foodies people, I don't write reviews so often but for this place I'd to pen down for knowing others people who miss this or didn't know the place. The Silver Dragon is very old place having almost more then from two decades in the town. I'd been coming here form more then decade. So now if we talk about food and menu, you'll get plenty of options in veg and non-veg options. If you're non-veg lover you must go for this place as it's service very tasty and unique indo-chinese dishes. They also have very vast veg options too including soups, startes, rices, noodles etc. The owner and staff are also very cooperative and service is also quick at any day. I'll surely recommend this place for try it once. The few signature dishes are chicken lollipop, fish fingers, chicken shanghai, panner chilly (dry/gravy), veg manchurian (dry/gravy) and my favorite Pan Fish Butter Garlic and Soya...

As an NRI visiting home, I was blown away by the new Silver Dragon location. Maddy and the team have done a phenomenal job bringing the same authentic flavor and charm from the original spot while elevating the entire experience. Usually when restaurants expand, they lose their soul, but this one has only gotten better.

The open kitchen setup is a great touch — you can see everything being cooked fresh, and the hygiene and attention to detail are excellent.

The food was absolutely outstanding. The chicken lollipops are a must-try, and you have to ask for the garlic sauce on the side — it’s amazing. The burnt garlic fried rice with egg knocked it out of the park, and the chicken Manchurian with gravy tied everything together perfectly.

Maddy truly kept the essence of Silver Dragon alive while making it even more impressive. One of the best meals I’ve had in Anand, hands down....

Very hygienic and tasty food, It tastes very good. There are two options, veg or non-veg, at first I felt that I should not take it with non-veg, but when I saw the proper section of both in the kitchen, I felt that I should try it.

I have been living in Mumbai since childhood, so there was an issue in tasting Chinese food here, but after a long time I got good food, I will try it every time with my family.
