If you are a group of 4 you will not be served your food together...they seem to have one person doing one dish & serving it then the same person start the next..
... Don't step in if you would like to enjoy your lunch or dinner together..not worth your time!
..so as per your response anyone who visits your restaurants should be prepared that they won't be served together and there WILL be long delays between serving each member on the table...so you are basically assuring that regardless of what customer prefers...YOUR RESTAURANT WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES IN YOUR SERVICE PATTERN & also..CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO HAVE DINNER TOGETHER BUT ONE BY ONE!...
..So guys..all restaurants in & around rajkot are BAD because they serve frozen food..all of them..Its just SONALI that serves freshly prepared food you see..They are the only one. I wonder how large freezers rest of them might have?..lol & guess who is saying that they only serve freshly prepared food....the staff of the very restaurant!...WHAT AN EXCUSE against a genuine feedback given by a customer who did experience the pathetic service. ..You are also assuring that customer feedback doesn't matter to you as instead of a kind apology you have presented a written argument on a high traffic...

They should stick to making just pavbhaji for which they...

Water was not served during visit, they will only ask if you need regular water or mineral water! Regular water was served after requesting them, and they served water in used water bottle, very strange to see a big restaurant serving water in used bottle? During our visit, we asked for extra pav, and started to ate our uttapam, again very strange we’re about to finish uttapam but extra pav was not served till the time. Neither they have any huge rush at that time. Need to improve on...
