Subway Swagat holiday Mall — Restaurant in Gujarat

I had a very bad experience at Subway, Swagat, Gandhinagar. The place was extremely unclean. While preparing the food, one lady staff member dropped some capsicum pieces on the floor near her shoes, but instead of throwing them away, she picked them up and put them back into the bowl to be served in orders. This was very unhygienic.

When I placed my order, another lady came and questioned the staff who was taking my order, asking her why she was taking orders when there were no customers. This clearly showed that the staff were not interested in working properly.

On top of that, the bread had small insects in it, which was shocking and very disappointing. Overall, the staff’s behavior and hygiene were very poor.

Overall:

Pathetic staff. Very bad experience. No hygiene at all. Totally careless attitude. Unsafe food...

I understand that new employees are still learning, but the way they behaved today was extremely disappointing. Instead of being polite or willing to help, they were arrogant and rude from the moment I walked in.
