Newly opened Branch of Subway in Vastral. Food is as always good but as it is a new outlet staff is not very well trained in their work and need more training I believe. Although whatever sandwich they prepare is fine and they do not have much issues if you make a reasonable request to add some veggies or sauce is your sandwich. The biggest drawback of this outlet is they do not accept cards. Their machine is always broken and not working and they are ready with an excuse that we have escalated the complain forward. I guess this is since last 1.5 months. I have even complained about this to the store manager but he was least interested in this pity issue and smartly pretext me.The two ladies who works there is nice if you talk with them nicely. Overall the outlet is usually vacant. Subway has removed the cheese slice from their sandwich and makes you to pay extra for cheese slice which was a part of the sandwich before. Very rude mostly the mager name Harsh and on asking some small things he started fighting at one point made feel like I did wrong of stopping by for a quick meal bt had to travel long so no choice... n other guy already made a sandwich... Read moreThe worst Subway I've ever been to. The lady running this place is extremely rude and has no sense of customer service. She completely ignores your customization requests. Even if you politely ask for a little extra capsicum, she’ll snap back saying she’s added enough—when it’s barely 3–4 tiny pieces.
It’s clear the manager of this branch doesn’t care about what’s going on either.
