Today morning I visited this place. I had a guest from south India. He wanted to have a good cup of tea (for which we (Gujarat) is famous for)
Staff was very unattentive. They clearly told us please wait for 10 minutes as we staff are having breakfast. I waited for 20 minutes but they were still enjoying breakfast and while having it they were surfing on the phone. What a careless behaviour!!
After 25 mins they took our order and started chatting with each other instead of preparing the same. When I ask I would like to pay by credit card which they have refused. Ask me to pay by âPhone Peâ or cash.
Lot of things were not in stock. We asked for Gujrat famous thepla but out of stock. We asked for many other varieties and they didnât had all of them.
We ordered Ginger phudina tea, masala tea, khichu and maska bun.
There were many flies in the restaurant. Hygiene level was quite less at this place.
Tea and food came 25 minutes later. And the tea was served to people who came before us. The food when served was completely spilt and told us that there is no more tea left and have to wait to make a fresh batch, complete let down experience!!
Itâs high time to invite Wagh Bakri to start their outlets here in Surat. These people are careless and not deserving...

As soon as we entered, we were told that the staff was having breakfast and couldnât take our order â something you donât expect from a cafĂ© thatâs open for service. They asked us to wait for 10 minutes.
While waiting, the place was full of flies and the air conditioning was barely working, making it very uncomfortable. After nearly 20 minutes, someone finally came to take our order, only to inform us that most of the snacks were unavailable â and this was right at the start of the day!
We still went ahead and ordered 2 chais and bun maska. Another 20 minutes passed. Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us were served first. When our order finally came, things took a turn for the worse â the staff simply pushed the tray towards us carelessly, and the chai spilled all over it. There was absolutely no apology or courtesy shown.
To top it off, they casually told us that chai was now out of stock and weâd need to wait another 10 minutes for a fresh batch. That was the final straw â we walked out.
Would not recommend this place at all. If you want to pay money to be served with zero respect and terrible service, this is the place....
