Food is not great which was used to be back. In dine-in, there was no water to wash hands. When asked, they kept bucket but no soap provided. No sanitizer. No COVID PROTOCOL followed. Food very expensive, atmosphere highly highly chaotic and highly unorganised to serve for customers. When we purchased, coupon was provided and we submitted at the counter. After waiting for 20 minutes, they say u have not given any coupon. Water next 15 minutes explaining him that we have. Ultimately, we preserved the bill and showed, then he agreed to give which he made us wait for another 20 minutes. Wow 1 hr wasted, whole mood was spoiled. I know long review and there business is not gonna affect coz they don't think about customers, but only making profit, nothing else. Food made and served with heart satisfies appetite and whole better experience, but felt like Lena h to lo, warna aage badho, bahut log khade h like mein lene k liye, this is their actual attitude. An Honest Review... Not once, but visited their 3-4 times. Thought of once they might miss giving good service, but repeated the same every other time. We, go to places for good experience, less times good experience, but most of the times, here i had an bad experience. Foods quality has also degraded, which i thought atleast i should visit this place again, but 4th time, i am never going to this...

This was my first time experience To eat here. There are certain things I didn't liked about this particular Branch . They have mentioned Just chhole bhature in their menu but They won't serve you why? they just only make one chhole bhature and that is Paneer chhole bhature as per the guy on the counter told me. I asked them why there's no normal chhole bhature they said we don't sell it even though they have mentioned it. Which cost me around 170 rupees . Clearly means they just want me as well as others to spend For Paneer chhole. When I was eating i needed some lemon for salad . and their chef asked me what have I bought firstly. I told them paneer chhole bhature then he told me we don't give lemon in it if you want pickle I'll give you. As for my experience if you have to spend this amount to atleast you can expect something from them not sucha lame answer. on the service part, they have self service. there might be some place as well to sit I couldn't find it there. otherwise I ate on the table outside kitchen as per you can see in...
