Tea post has lost it's dignity. We trusted them for the quality they bring to the table. But, not anymore. I am a frequent visitor of tea post. But this time, the experience was pathetic. We ordered for Bread-butter and having the first bite, we felt like puking. The butter is so bad. Previously they used Amul but suddenly they changed to some non-brand. It tastes disgustful. When inquired on counter, the person said that at all small stores they have switched to some regular butter (picture attached) and amul is only used in premium stores. Though we pay same pricing for both stores, how can the quality be changed? Also, the customer helpline number on the internet does not work and nor does the number on the product sold. terrible experience!

TeaPost at highway food mall is a must Stop which driving towards Rajkot.. Location was great but need to proper hygiene around their outlet. Tea and Coffee was great

Attitude not customer friendly. Ready to debate 15mins butnot ready to give service tray.

Saying it's self service counter we don't provide service tray. I advise tea post to visit any self service outlets for the betterment of service n "customer...
