The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Gujarat

Pooja, the floor manager, and Anivesh, a staff member, told us to wait for 2–3 hours, told us many orders were still pending.

They eventually made us leave the store.

Anivesh was extremely rude. He rushed outside while we were entering and forcefully told us that the store was closed and they had stopped accepting orders.

This is not how The Belgian Waffle Co. is supposed to operate. The management should look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

I have also seen many past reviews where customers have shared similar negative experiences, yet the store has not shown any improvement.

I will not be visiting...
