Sad to see the bad customer service at the counter. I ordered 02 Maple Waffle.. the guy at counter(Mohit) asked me if I want to add icecream to it.. And I agreed for the same.. Just 3-4 mins back When I checked with my kids that they would like to have waffle with ice cream.. they refused the idea.. I immediately reached the counter(Mohit) and requested to keep the waffle without ice cream and ice cream they can serve separately.. but the guy at counter(Mohit) told me that it is not possible and to do that I have to pay 50 bucks extra. I asked regarding the reason for the same.. he promptly told that it's company policy.. Then I told him to kindly serve the waffle without icecream and leave the ice cream, I'm not asking for any refund for the same.. Then guy in that feeling pity on me and told me that we generally don't do it but he will do it this time.. I really felt embarrassed in front of other customers and told him.. not to be pity on me.. if it's against policy then pls don't do it.. I am happy to take the item below the price I have paid.. I request management to kindly look into the matter and see how best they can resolve these concerns.. I think little bit relaxation can be made for customers in case they end up in situations like this. I hope management will resolve this matter and make some customer...

Every week they have "waffle of the week" which is cheap on going week. Hygiene maintain by company. I would say it is not costly but definitely not for every people. #happyconsumer For big family it must say try mini pancakes. The Belgian waffle vapi is located in Gunjan it's a quite little waffle shop like any other Belgium waffle shop you have seen. The interior is beautifully done. There menue has variety of waffles to choose from and you can get then with and without ice cream and in different serving sizes. The service is quick and the staff is very friendly. They also have waffle cakes and different drinks to try out. They have both open and in cafe sitting. They also make the waffle in front of you that is very fascinating to see.
