Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I brought them home, I realized both pastries were stiff, dry, and clearly not fresh. The texture was hard and unpleasant, making it obvious that they had not been freshly prepared. For a premium price, I expected at least decent quality, but what I received felt more like leftovers from the previous day. I feel truly deceived by the quality. This is not expected from a reputed brand like The Chocolate Room. Please be cautious if you're considering buying pastries from this outlet. (Photos attached for reference)

the chocolate room and swiggy partners are making fool to customers.. never order anything from chocolate room, my birthday was on 14th, one of my friend ordered cake from swiggy and they send me very stinking cake, all fruits are upon cake are old rotten, very bed smell.. when I have requested to swiggy they denied to replace, or refund, later i spoke to paldi chocolate room owner, he also denied for refund and replacement... my friend spent 900rs, all waste.. never ever buy from chocolate room... I'm still fighting for refund..

So today I brought the cake it's smelling very badly and it is totally very sour in taste, it's very disappointing It tasted stale and ruined the celebration. Would not recommend From bhattha paldi the chocolate room. I have very bad experience as I chose Swiggy dineont for paldi bhatta but when we reached there they told for dining only sandwiches are available no other than option so we told us to provide pastries so they said it will not included in Swiggy dineont so we asked again so what are the options for that so the staff replied that only coffee and shakes....plus staff monu/sweetu and rutvik are so rude they said on our face that kha kha se customer aa jate he so we talk to the branch owner Rameshbhai was also very rude and said jha review dalna he dalo and all so we asked for review book they denied to give us that.... hygeine is also not maintainable.....worst...

We have been regular here and that is mainly because of the amazing service that we get from staff. They are so humble, kind and always make your day when you go here. Monu always makes my coffee special and her creativity is good too. She doesnt make it scalding hot which happens elsewhere but she makes it exactly hot enough to drink it right away which is my favorite part. So the service here is 5 star. This place makes my weekend. The ambience is also good and I dont think any other coffee shop can make Mocha as good as these guys. They are never rude and are always smiling. Will keep coming here always....
