I recently visited The Grand Mirada Restaurant & Banquet, and it was a total waste of time and money. Let me be very clear — the experience was pathetic.

Starting with the food, the Kaju Butter Masala didn’t have a single kaju in it! Imagine paying for a dish that's supposed to be rich and premium, and you're served a watery gravy with no actual ingredients it’s named after. That’s just dishonest.

The soup was of extremely low quality, almost like it came from a packet mix – watery, bland, and completely lacking freshness. The rest of the items were average at best, comparable to a cheap roadside dhaba, not something you'd expect from a place claiming to be a “premium banquet.”

Now, let's talk about the staff – particularly an employee named Rao. His behavior was shockingly rude and arrogant. Instead of listening to customer feedback, he was dismissive and acted like we were a burden. Completely unprofessional and untrained in customer service.

And the pricing? Laughable. They charge ₹500 per plate, but the actual quality feels like ₹250 or even less. There is zero value for money here. You're better off eating at a local dhaba where at least the staff are humble and the food is honest.
