Worst place to visit and waste your money.... The service is worst.... I went for a good time but inspite of ordering the food they didn't served us for 45 mins and after asking how much time it will take they asked us who took your order as they were not at all aware about the order has already placed as all of them were busy in attending some of their special guest... When you are not capable of serving an order then why you're taking that. .. after confirmation they realised order has not reached their kichen I mean if technology is not part of your system then it's not fault of a customer.... After 1 hour we got soup and we asked for starters which we had ordered at that time the NEPALI MANAGER who took our order showed attitude and didn't bothered to even reply us.... The people who came after us left before even we started having our dinner.... Even owner were there but they also didn't bothered to get their service quick.... We got the food when our hunger got suppressed while we had to pay an amount almost equivalent to some nice 4-5 star restaurants in Rajkot.... Complete waste of...

The ambience of the restaurant is truly perfect—elegant and comfortable, creating a great first impression. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor service management. Despite several tables being vacant in the air-conditioned section, we were made to wait for 30–40 minutes without any clear reason.

What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior of the staff handling the waiting list. When we inquired about the delay, their tone and language were extremely rude and discourteous—far from what one would expect at a reputed establishment.

Good ambience alone cannot make up for poor customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and guest handling.

We were with family and visiting Rajkot for personal reasons so we were maintaining that courtesy otherwise we can make upto them but it doesn't match our standards.

BUT REALLY DISAPPOINTING, and I will request Rajkotians and my friends to never visit this if they talk...
