NEVER WILL BE GOING THERE EVEN IF THEY CHARGE NOTHING FOR THEIR RIDICULOUS SERVICE.
Very very bad experience with this place. I went there along with my family of 10 people. The staff was extremely rude and the people who manage this place have got no respect for the visitors.
First, the person who helps you with waiting list behaved like we owed something to him. Like that is the only place to eat in whole Surat.
Second, when we went inside, the boy(manager?) denied us and told us with rude tone that tables can't be joined and we will have to seat separately in two parallel tables which every restaurant owners would be happy to get them joined. Upon asking, he told us that it would be inconvenient for him to make his waiters serve us. Com'on! What's the point of going out with family if we can't seat together?
Third, the waiters are harming this place. They won't even wait for you to completely give them instructions of your order. They would rush out and bring something which you don't even want.
Fourth, that waiter kept prompting us, Bill lai aavu? Bill lai aavu? even while we were enjoying our dinner.
This restaurant is the proof that once something gets famous, they stop caring anymore and behave like "Get lost from our place once you eat and pay money".
Don't go to this place to...
Read moreVS Dosa in Mini Bazar is a go-to spot for South Indian food lovers. The place is known for its wide variety of dosas, from classic masala dosa to innovative fusion options that are both tasty and filling. The chutneys and sambhar are served fresh, adding authentic flavor to every bite.

Downgrading my review from 5 to 4 only because they don't provide enough payment options. I asked for card payments and though it's available they charged me 2% on the bill for using my credit card. They gave me the reason that bank is charging us 2% and because of that we have to charge that much to the customer using credit cards. There are many small scale business owners and shop keepers which are not even making fraction of the turnover than yours daily and they still don't charge anything extra on using any kind of cards and they also provide options like google pay, paytm, phonepe, freecharge etc.. unlike you. You should seriously consider this as part of...
