WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER

I booked this hotel 4 days in advance through MakeMyTrip for my brother's exam in Ahmedabad. Despite having a confirmed booking from 14th June 11 AM to 15th June 11 AM, the hotel refused to give the room when he arrived at 3 PM, claiming “no rooms available.”

If there were no rooms, why allow advance booking? And if check-in was at 11 AM, is it justified to give away a prepaid, confirmed room just because someone arrives a few hours later? We paid for the full day – it is our choice to check in at 11, 3, or even 8 PM. Who are you to decide that late arrival means no room?!

They conveniently told us to get a refund from MakeMyTrip, even though the platform doesn’t allow cancellation or refund after 11 AM. Clearly, they gave the room to someone else and left us stranded. No support. No courtesy. Just rude excuses.

We were depending on this hotel booking. My brother is in a new city, with an important exam tomorrow, and now instead of preparing, he has to run around looking for another hotel at the last minute.

Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and shameful. Avoid this place...

We Got fooled by the brand name but will never recommend to anyone, due to urgency and corona had to book this hall, else would not have! 3rd class hall. Marriage of my cousin was there last month. Water not coming in almost all taps of bathroom/washroom, washrooms extremely dirty, even door stopper of wadhrooms not closing from inside. Windows in upper rooms didn't have any window shutter and grills and due to less height, very dangerous for children. Electric switch boards were opened and wires came outside, since they are also at less height, very dangerous for children and elders. Very dirty rooms, chairs in main hall broken and with teared cover. Decoration of stage started after 12 PM when all guests were already arrived, actually it should have been ready before people...
