William John's Pizza (Chandkheda) — Restaurant in Gujarat

Today I went to the Chandkheda branch firstly It was sunday today there was a wait time over there I waited outside of the joint.. After 5-10 minutes the staff person called me inside I booked 4 seats for us and my two friends were late by 15 minutes and in that mean time the staff asked me several time that where are my other two people.. It was only 5 minute passed the staff person asked me that you guys are seating Idle from last 10 min... And told me to wait outside of the restaurant this was so insulting I told them that my two people are on the way they are just coming so the staff person told me wait outside and then come inside together this behavior is totally ridiculous👿👎 The staff at last started shouting at me in front of all the other people I don't know who was that staff I asked him to remove his mask to click picture of him but he didn't so I clicked the picture of the staff person in mask 😷 Attached are the picture of the staff person in Mask. They ruined my sunday when we both were yelling my other two person came in and the staff person left away... At the end when we ate our food we left out of the restaurant and were talking normally with each other and the same staff person came and asked me that if I am still mad on him or not and lastly he Apologized and went away.... So this was my overall experience today... At Willam John's zundal Chandkheda branch. I personally recommend people not to go...

William John’s near Zundal Circle .. next to Marky Momos … I missed not having my kids Birthday Party at William John’s outlet like last year ! My bad .. we chose Octant Pizza at North Plaza … supposedly a new kid on the block, but it turned out to be a bad one .. disastrous. I remember having both my kids birthday at William John’s last year and the fun all kids had with Magic Show .. and kids videos at their Projector … good fun with Cake Cutting and various games the staff there arranged. Kids were from the age group of 12 years to 17 years. And the staff was really really warm n helpful and the outlet had good aura. The food needs a little improvement though, but rest everything feels like so well looked after. There’s sufficient Car parking outside as well. Pizzas were decent, I didnt like their spread of Salads but pastries were good. Unlimited supply of Cold drinks.In-fact their pizzas n Garlic Breads were way way better than OCTANT taste wise. Lastly, billing was super smooth,easy and with absolute warmth. This year my kids insisted on trying something new … else Sam Pizza (now closed) or William John’s (only the one at Zundal outlet not the other dirty ones) is a very easy n convenient place for a birthday party of kids.

It was the worst experience in any restaurant. We waited almost 40 minutes for the table but we understand as it was a rush time and Sunday. But..........................The pizza were rotten and not one all the pizza's were with raw base and having Yeast taste. It was terrible and the second rated food. The service.......the waiters won't listen to a thing we say , we asked to bake the pizza nicely as it was raw but the acted like we said nothing. They didn't listen to us and ignored us . Our pizza to arrived late. And when we told the manager he was going round and round defending themselves and don't ask the cashier was like.🤬🤮🤮 His attitude was yuck . Very Bossy and irresponsible. He put the paid stamp on our bill without making a transection. Then we were like confused so we stayed and we confirming if it was paid or not . Then we went to the manager and we're saying but he accused us for eating without paying the payment . And even the people near us though we were like you know cheap people.😑😑😑. To sum up we had to full our self with the starters noodles,rice, spaghetti... If there was option of zero star I would rate it in minus. Don't visit if you admire quantity not quality.
