William John's Pizza Bapunagar — Restaurant in Gujarat

I visited here with my friend on 14/08/22. 2 wheeler parking can only be done under the bridge and we were not charged for the same. It has quite a narrow entrance while taking stairs. Amongst all William John's branches I've been, this one felt very poky and unspacious and on the top, it felt very conjested due to limited capacity and it was something sort of unpleasant. If someone were to wait in queue for dine in, he/she has to wait downstairs on the road or he/she can sit on the stairs.

There were lot of people in queue waiting to dine in, however since we were only 2 and there were some tables available which can only accomodate 2 diners, we got seated instantly. There was a single unisex washroom and entrance was quite small near to washbasin. Since the place was small sized, it had lot of crowd noise and on the top, the manager played songs loudly which didn't make a soothing dining experience.

About the food, from soup to desert it was unbelievably delicious. Honestly, I didn't expect this from a branch in Bapunagar. The appetizers were very rich and delicious. I liked soup and noodles the most. Due to lot of diners, the restaurant guys took sometime to refill. The french fries were crispy and subtly tasty. The pizzas and garlic bread even very rich in taste. The base was very soft and it felt very soothing to have it along with soft drink. The food was amazing indeed which was unexpected as per its decorum.

Only if the place was roomier and large, it would've have been a 5 star dining experience. Lastly, the restaurant accepted dineout pay which additionally gave a 10% discount on...

Worst , worst , worst restaurant ever. I wish i could have recorded the incident in camera that happened with me. I went to the restaurant at 4.20 pm to have unlimited lunch with my family, we sat there and discussed the menu with the man taking the order. Suddenly another man came and started denying that the unlimited lunch is over , he did not even suggested to eat the items other than unlimited . somewhere i think that as i am muslim that's why he behaved very improper with us. If the workers are working hard to earn money we are also saving money to eat good food at their restaurants. Please dont do this, if a family comes in a year just to eat your food and enjoy their time, please dont ruin their happiness and treat every human...

I recently ordered from William John's Pizza in Bapunagar and had a great experience with their customer service. Initially, my order was prepared with onions, even though I had requested it to be without onions. Upon noticing the error at home, I contacted the restaurant, and they promptly replaced the order without any hassle.
