William John's Pizza — Restaurant in Gujarat

All over a good experience, there are few things that need to be highlighted, I've been there for an office party on an unlimited menu.

Soup is good - 4/5 I had hot garlic soup which is good.

Starter counter - white source pasta 0/5, worst experience on white source pasta as it tastes too sweet as it's fruit salad & all pastas are very raw not even andante. French fries - 4/5, only Penne pasta in starters is cooked properly but full on tomato catchup - 2.5/5, Manchurian gravy is good - 3/5, Noodles are also good - 3.5/5.

Garlic bread - the garlic bread is served after we got pizza, & it's soggy from the middle.

Pizza - I've only had 2 pizza margaritas & cheese bursts, margarita is good, but in the cheese bursts there is nothing like cheese burst. Others who had thin crust, they got burnt thin crust pizza - 3/5

Icecream Brownie - 3.5/5

The atmosphere is good and the songs playlist is also good. Out of all only 1 staff member is humble & I'm impressed by that one person only, as he takes care of every little thing

Plus point: Ambience Accessiblity Food options

You won't face any problem in choosing what to eat. If you are health conscious, you can go for the less fattening menu.

Minus point: No greetings from the staff Not even an acknowledgement that customers have arrived The pizza were not up to the mark A few items were missing Took them ages to prepare the pizza and breads. Cheese-burst pizza didn't have cheese The staff occassionally increased the volume of the music so much that I couldn't even have a conversation with the colleague sitting right next to me.

I am not a big time complainer. Yet, I would like to make this statement. "The hospitality business in Ahmedabad is not up to the mark" and it shows at how customers are just treated as piggy banks carrying cash for the businesses to survive another day!

Go at your own risk, if the only motive for you is to dump food...

I recently visited William John's Pizza at Science City, Ahmedabad, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely poor — despite placing our order on time, we had to wait for nearly two hours to receive our meal. The staff was disorganized and failed to serve pizzas in a timely manner, which significantly affected our overall dining experience.

Moreover, the salad bar was poorly maintained. It was neither fully stocked nor refilled promptly, and there was a noticeable lack of variety. The quality of the pizza was also average at best — it lacked flavor and didn’t meet the expectations set by the brand’s name.
