Wok On Fire - Indo Chinese & Pan Asian — Restaurant in Gujarat

Horrible experience ever at wok on fire They don't deserve any ratings at all !!! I visited wok on fire Sama savali road on 14/07/2022 with family and a 2 yr old kid, believe me it was the worst ever experience to dine out We were 6 persons and to my surprise tables are fixed, god knows who was the architect or interior designer for wok on fire, and it was very difficult to even sit properly, forget about the comfort and there is no space to accommodate our kid , they even don't have a child seat. Moreover they are not taking orders on table, will have to go to the counter and give the orders, and pay before getting our food this is like following western styles blindly, in West at least quality of food is assured and if you find anything not upto the standard you can replace or return it which is not the case with wok on fire. Taste and quality of food was just average, you will get better Chinese food at roadside eateries and charges are exorbitantly high I don't recommend wok on fire to anyone if you want to dine in, it's better to take away from any roadside...

I would give a positive and a negative feedback for this. Good food no doubt with good quantity if we go there that is in Sama branch. But the negative thing is they don't serve the food. It's a self service thing and also the order we have to go and give it on the counter. After the order had come we requested the person to serve as it was too hot and the bowl was full he said sorry we don't that should not happen as per me. Now we were two people and as we visited the sama branch 1 st time we were not aware of the quantity as we could not finish much we told them please parcel the food for that too they said extra money for the container which was a strange thing. No water also served there again a self service. I feel we go out for dinner for relaxation and still if we are not able to enjoy completely it's not worth. So i would rate them ok not great n only food is good if you craving for good food order it or take away as sitting there also...
