Bakers Dozen — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This is not about their food but for their pathetic service and highly strange and unprofessional system. I called on the main number (head quarter) as I needed their pita bread in bulk, I have a food business and I had to deliver a bulk order urgently, the person who answered very strangely asked me to connect to the customer service team wherein he himself was speaking from the company’s main office, I requested him multiple times that I will send someone and get them picked. He very coldly asked me to connect to customer service team and that he did not justify it, I kept on trying to connect with their customer service department but they did not revert. I have no respect for the people who does not respect their clients and just show their silly attitude. I finally got the breads arranged from THEOS and I was more than happy to pay them extra for the breads, only for the exceptional consumer approach.
