Update Bikanervala has started malpractice by weighing less. This happened multiple times at different counters. They are not properly measuring the sweets and including box weight. the boxes weight is 50gms but they just add 5 gms, the box weight 100 gms but they just add 50 gms. That too they are not measuring correctly even when informing. Sweets are worth 1000/- now and 50 gms weight is around Rs. 50/-. It is not about money but we pay whatever asked without even noticing. When we notice and found them to be doing this malpractice, even informing them, they are just saying, he is a new staff, trainee. It is about trust. They say desi ghee, now we are not checking but just going by words. Such small acts of earning few more from each customer is not suited to such a reputed brand. _------------- Now that various options like BK, PH are opening in an opposite shopping complex, it will be interesting to see how BKV will pull crowd Unfortunately the quality of Bikanervala is on decreasing trend. The dosa are burnt and black in color. The samosa and pyaaz kachori which were good earlier are worse. The air fryer does not work and cold snack items are served. I have been there many times as location is just opposite to our house. Everytime, I feel that I should not have arrived there. The food quality is not upto Bikaner standard. Today my wife had bitter experience. She paid for Khandvi which was not available, she got to know after reaching snacks counter. Then she paid for Dhokla only after confirming that it is available. Again, the guy at snacks counter told that it is not available. He also told rudely that "jo parchi kaat raha hai usi se jaake le lo" (get Dhokla from the person who is at cash counter). Then my wife called manger and told about this. The manager got to know that Dhokla is available but downstairs. The guy at snacks counter told my wife that she need to wait for 20 minutes. The poor manager went down, got Dhokla tray on his own and packed for us. The whole situation looked pathetic, not acceptable et all. I don't think that I would be visiting here anytime soon unless...

Great Family-Friendly Spot with Delicious Food!

We had a wonderful dining experience at “Bikanerwala” in Consinent Mall which is located on Dwarka-Expressway when we going towards Dwarka from Gurgaon. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for families. Here self service only.

The menu offers a great variety of dishes, with something for everyone—from kids to adults. We especially loved Paneer Tikka and Daal Makhani with Delicious Butter Naan which was well-prepared. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for a mall location.

The restaurant was clean, and service was prompt despite it being a busy time. They also have a nice kids’ menu, which was a big plus for us.

Overall, Bikanerwala is a great choice for a relaxed family meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!
