KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

To whom so ever it may concern,

I'm utterly disappointed with this particular outlet of KFC. I ordered (delivery) from their app. I had ordered peri peri leg piece but got regular one's. I had ordered tandoori dip but received zesty dip. There's no way to reach out to customer care executive. The number available is invalid. Upon calling the restaurant the guy didn't acknowledge the issue and disconnected my calls and stopped answering my calls later. There's some stupid feedback form wherein in you can fill in your issue but I find it completely useless because the solution has to come immediately. I would never order from this branch and specially not from their app. I would rather order via Swiggy or Zomato. At least they have customer care department who are willing to address our issues then and there.

Update (15.06.2025) I reported this issue via their feedback portal and requested for a call back. But it's been almost 72 hours and I haven't heard from them. In addition to that the guy from the outlet gave me an assurance on later that eve that he'll issue me a refund as he doesn't have a delivery partner to send me replacement. And to my surprise neither did I get any refund nor did he bothered to pick up my calls again.

Hope this reaches to the concerned department and come up with a solution.

Totally abrupt behaviour of the manager and moreover the worst food I’ve eaten from kfc. I had ordered Boneless Chicken Strips from the restaurant and the best part was there was no peri peri seasoning and moreover no crispness and cold food. The box wasn’t even taped and the chicken pieces were spilled in the paper bag.On making a complaint to the manager of the store he lies on face that we refused for the seasoning. When asked to rectify the complaint he took more than half and hour and didn’t revert back. I’ve never come across such stupid behaviour from a manager of the store and I didn’t know kfc standard has gone so low on hiring the staff and is serving quality of food which isn’t...
