Third class service. Yesterday I ordered 2 plates chole bhature through swiggy. One bowl of chole was missing, when I visited Bikanervala they completely blamed swiggy delivery boy. Today I ordered one bhalla papri and four packets of raita boondi. When delivery boy delivered the items, I instantly checked the carry bag. One packet of raita boondi was missing. I asked swiggy delivery boy to come with me to Bikanervala. Swiggy delivery boy was honest guy. He visited Bikanervala with me. Bikanervala guy told me that we have only 3 packets of raita boondi. I asked him that why you didn't call me about shortage of item. He was speechless. Then I came back to my place and opened bhalla papri bowl, this time I found red chutney and green chutney missing. I bought 2 Golgappe pkts beside other items (for celebrating bday at 12am) as takeaway. At home at 12am i found out that they had given only one set of golgappe water. It was so embarrassing though my family compromised with 1 teaspoon of water in each golgappa. It ruined a pleasant moment for all.
