WORST SERVICE AND WORST BIRYANI EXPERIENCE. I wish I could rate them in negative.
I have been a regular customer of Biryani Blues since past 2 years. Of late the quality has gone down drastically. Also there are some dishes and snacks that are not available in the Sec 4 market like Mutton Sikhampur. The service quality has also gone down. They are running an offer of 40 mins or cash back. However when you don’t receive the order within 40 mins they will not credit your cash back. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my cash back but till date it is not processed.
I would have switched to some other biryani brand. But the only problem is there is none near sector 4. Hopefully Biryani by Kilo or someone notices this review and sees an opportunity of opening an outlet near sector 4 market.
Overall average in terms of biryani.
Edit as on 21st Apr 2018: Biryani Blues is running an offer currently that offers 40 minutes or free delivery. In case your offer is prepaid they promise to credit back the money. The offer is farce. 2 times they missed my order. The first time they took 1.5 hrs and the biryani was cold. I am not for cashbacks but since the biryani was cold I provided feedback through their link. Someone from their customer service called and offered the cashback. After waiting for 3 weeks when trying to order another biryani when I tried to utilise the credit I could not. I was told that they had already credited the cash back in points which they did not. And mind you, you can only use 125 points at a go. Because I am their patron I still decided to go ahead and order a biryani. Fast forward to 1 week, I ordered a mutton biryani. Again the target of 40 mins was missed with no cash back. To make matter worse they sent Chicken 65 instead of Mutton Biryani. Surprisingly they did not even bother to call and confirm the change.
When I called the customer service next day to complain they asked me to send the pics of the biryani that I had received. Isn’t that silly?
I am never ordering from Biryani Blues again and advise everyone not to order from them if you don’t want to spoil your taste as...
Read moreThis place is a great venue for hangouts and chill. Fine dining with great ambience makes it good place to chill out. People can have paneer handi biryani with salan and raita. I am damn sure whoever visits this place would like to visit again for their biryanis. Price for a handi paneer biryani is also in the range and it matches with the recipe they offer. Quality of rice used is of higher standard. Smell and taste of biryani is same everytime. Paneer is well cooked and roasted. Size of paneer pieces is also good. Their prompt service on home delivery also makes them a class apart. Packing is done efficiently to keep them fresh and staleness.
