Nice place with good food and sweets along with different options for evening snacks. Dhoda is my favorite sweet at this place and also prefer to order Milk cake and burfi. Cake and pastry is favorite to order for my little daughters for which we are sure to have very good quality ingredients. In north Indian food Chole Bhature is our favorite dish to order for quick meal at reasonable price. Taste is superb but usually I am done once I complete with one bhatura. Today we went to om sweet sector 4 and first we ordered pav bhaji & staff served the same to us but we find a moskito in bhaji, we ask staff what's this he said plz order anything else and he Distryoed the food. Again we order for masala dosa which taste was average not good. And then we ordered rabdi Rasmalai & it was surprising we again got a moskito in rabdi Rasmalai then we asked waiter to call the manager but he didn't call him so we take the plate of Rasmalai and went to the manager he apologized for the same & immediately removed the plate from counter where he were standing so there is the point of unhygienic food hum manager ki sorry ka kya kare esse na toh enka food acha ho jayega or na hi customer ka mood jo ki unhygienic khana kha kar kharaab hua, we ordered 3 item's and got the moskito in two. Where is the cleanliness or hygiene? At last on the spot I search the number of food supply dept of gurgaon haryana and tried calling but there was no response on the numbers.
