BBK the place where you can expect the delightful food. Today if you can see there are many food joint are offering the biryani and tasty too. But when it comes to specialisation there are a few in the market who known for their biryani.

Placed the order for Hyderabadi Veg Biryani and got salan along with. The friend asked for another thing then Paneer Nawabi grab the attention and was added in kart. Ulte Tawe ka Paratha was required with Paneer so joined the list. Kuch meetha bhi chahiye tha toh Phirni bhi aa gai.

We placed the order and received the order confirmation with message. Prompt!!!

The delivery guy took time to handover the food to us and very well explain how to reheat with one time use chulha. I found him no hurry and politely he explained which handi has what stuff... This is very impressive cause the delivery boy just deliver the food and rush for another things, You are different!!!

Biryani as has to be was of 3 layered. We mix it properly in the handi and served. You can feel the aroma around you. The vegetable found inside was in real good quantity in compare with others. But yaar beens length was much longer than others, thoda kam kardo, otherwise its Wow.

Paneer Nawabi makes us Nawab with ulte tawe ka Parantha, (need to improve the packaging of Paranthas). Thick gravy, ginger pieces I loved with Paneer. The cube size is also perfect. It was received in Handi so able to get the taste of it as well.

PHIRNI: it was so good and what I feel that it was cooked on Slow flame which makes it perfect sweet for me. I have tasted many phirni but this was second in place in taste. I missed Kesar leaves in that, otherwise badam, dry fruits and all were there. The best part was that you don't feel sticky in your mouth...

Biryani by kilo offers traditional Hyderabadi and Lucknowi biryani cooked in individual handis delivered to your home. It has sent a benchmark among contemporaries because of its service,quality and taste. The menu is kept short and simple and even even vegetarians have few choices. I recently tried their chicken hyderabadi biryani,chicken Korma,ulte tawe ka parantha and Phirni. The order reached well in mentioned time.The delivery guy carried a huge hot box bag and handed over the biryani which was dum cooked and sealed in earthen pot and came along with a sigdi....which meant that even if we are having it little later we can warm it up a while before and break open the seal to a piping hot biryani. Here's a verdict: 1.Chicken hyderabadi biryani: Piping hot biryani,layered well with authentic taste and great long grain basmati with an unforgettable aroma. The taste ensured that each biryani was freshly made and packed in handis.This came along with salan which went well along. 2.Chicken korma: This is another recommended dish which is very mild on spices but extremely flavorful. The chicken pieces were succulent,juicy and gravy was finger licking good.It went well with both ulte tawe ka parantha and biryani. 3.Phirni: Again packed in earthen pot,this Phirni can drive you crazy.Very simple...you can see and smell kesar,thickened to perfection. The overall rustic fragrance of earthen pot gives it a distinct taste. 4.Ulte tawe ka parantha: It was not hot when I ate but well layered and soft. Very different from usual paranthas and very filling. To sum up,Biryani by kilo offers a great experience and is a safe bet for biryani lovers. Biryani By Kilo as the name goes yes it serves you some awesome Biryani. Now it’s a delivery food chain that holds its authentic taste and flavours with the richness of pure Biryani. The traditional flavours are quite rich and delightful. I had also tried them before but their new menu is just mesmerising. The food is a big thumbs up and that too with quality and quantity it’s totally worth trying. I had the chicken korma which was beautifully cooked with richness,goes completely well with their ulta tawa paratha. The Malamal Chicken Biryani is something you cannot miss trying. It’s a must must try ! Adding to it I had tried the Lucknowi Chicken Biryani too ,which was also pretty decent and good to go. The Paneer nawabi was another fantastic dish ( specially perfect for all the vegetarian people ).Its something really yummy and delicious. For desserts we had ordered for the Dastaan-E-Gul (Dessert) and Matka Phirni which was completely awesome. The matka phirni is pretty unique the way it’s presented with lots of flavours and real Mughal taste. This was my favourite! Dastaan-E-Gul was another unique dish which was loaded with loads of dry fruits and other ingredients and was lovely according to my taste bud. The desserts were shows topper along with the Malamal Biryani! Biryani by Kilo is also famous for its presentation and the way they deliver to your doorstep. You can heat up your huge bowl of Biryani ( the matka of Biryani ) in just 8 mins with simple steps which is instructed by them accordingly on a booklet which comes with every mataka....
