Chaayos Cafe at Reach 3 — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I visited Chayos for the first time today, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on appearing busy rather than assisting customers. It felt as though they had no time or willingness to engage with customers properly. Good customer service is a fundamental expectation, yet the behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional. They lacked basic communication etiquette and even resorted to arguments instead of handling concerns effectively. As someone who works in operations management, I have never encountered such poor service standards. I strongly urge the management team to visit this location, assess the situation, and provide the staff with proper training on customer service. If such issues persist, I would never recommend Chayos to anyone.

Today I visited chaayos to try some of their yummy food. I Tried kesar chai and chicken tikka sandwich at Chaayos. chai taste Very pathetic waste of money and the sandwich taste good !

Nice place to have some tea and snacks with friends and family. Too good for tea lovers they serve wide variety of tea !

The table & chairs are dirty ! And Some AC not working also service little bit take...

Big problem at this location. Staff is overworked. One guy is doing shift at Iris Mall at other location and then doing second shift here. He is working for 24 hours so quality of service is degraded. Food prepared is very low quality with bun maska not buttered properly and food is prepared with NO GLOVES. Very unhygienic.

Might as well complaint to food department...
