Reasons: They do not have staff to serve the walk-in or dine in customers. The staff at the counter is all busy in fulfilling the online orders. The seating area is poorly maintained & not cleaned. We went around 9:45 pm & the billing was not happening since the servers are down & manual billing is not allowed.. We had to go all the way to a different place to get our food. The staff is insensitive & the management has no clue of what's happening at ground level. Some one at the head office of Dominos is not doing his/her work.. High time...

This outlet is located in Sarhol, and unfortunately, the staff doesn’t know how to interact with or listen to customers. They seem to be focused only on fulfilling online orders. They expect customers to be as knowledgeable as they are when it comes to understanding the different pizza toppings while placing or customizing an order.

The staff should be more interactive and helpful, especially because it might be someone's first visit, possibly with their family.

This outlet is pathetic. I ordered online and order was showing as preparing for hours. When you request for help via app it gives store contact which is invalid. As customer, you pay and suffer at convenience of these pathetic food service outlets. Do not order. Save your money!! Atleast share the correct store contact details rather then expecting customer to write up an email telling you about what level of poor service the outlet is providing.
