If I could give zero stars, I would. The food was awful—bland, poorly prepared, and clearly not fresh. But what truly made this experience unforgettable (in the worst way possible) was the manager. Rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in customer satisfaction.

When we politely brought up the issues with our meal, instead of addressing them with any sense of professionalism, the manager acted like we were the problem for expecting edible food. No apology, no attempt to make things right—just a smug attitude and excuses.

Unprofessional Service and Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Pind Balluchi Plot No 39 & 40 DLF Phase 4 and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, the staff refused to accept Zomato Dining, which was frustrating. However, we decided to stay and dine, hoping for a good experience. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. It seemed like they were not interested in serving us properly, which really affected the overall dining experience.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that is supposed to maintain certain standards. I would not recommend this place, and I hope they take serious steps to improve their service and...

Worthy of a 5* with slight improvements.

Food: Recommend the Veg Kebab platter and Creamy Chicken... Loved it.

Drinks: Limited and usual options.

Ambience: Outside sitting is good and music was pleasant. But fan noise was there. So we sat inside... Although the ambience was like 'SHADY THEKA' with the Blue lighting and low seating sofa. Warm lighting would have been so much comfortable.

Service: Staff took care of us really well. But note that they have a 'MANDATORY SERVICE CHARGE' if using Zomato or easydiner offers to pay. Also these offers were not valid on drinks. Feels like a dirty loophole for the restaurant to use.
