Domino's Pizza | Palam Vihar, Gurgaon — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order placed on [date & time: 11:58 PM, yesterday]. I had ordered a Tandoori Chicken Taco and a Zingy Parcel.

When the order was delivered, my husband and I took a bite only to realize that there was absolutely no filling inside. Upon checking further, we found that the taco only contained sauce and nothing else. This is completely unacceptable.

I immediately raised a complaint through the Swiggy app, but the response I received was highly unsatisfactory. I was told that the feedback has been shared with the restaurant, but there has been: • No refund for the ₹400 I paid. • No callback or resolution regarding my complaint.

I feel extremely cheated and disappointed by this experience. If it had not been midnight, I would have gone back to the store personally to show the quality of food delivered.

I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and issue a full refund at the earliest. Failing to receive a proper resolution, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further, including posting my complaint publicly on social media with pictures of the order received.

Very bad service, very rude staff, i ordered a pizza through their app for takeaway, and they confirmed my order, when I reach their upon receiving the message that my order is ready, the staff there said that they have cancelled my order and my order is not ready, when i asked them why did they confirmed my order then , one of their staff member start shouting and said i was eating lunch so I forgot to cancel your order and, that's why your order is not ready, I said atleast u should have cancelled so that I could have known that I my order is not ready and I would have ordered something else as that was my lunch time, and still she kept shouting and misbehaving, and when I said i will file a complaint she said go ahead i am the one who will close that complaint so it doesn't matter. Domino's has got several outlets in Delhi/NCR out of which this one is located in New Palam Vihar area - Ansal Corporate Plaza - Gurugram. The best part is you can order #Pizza from this outlet till 3AM in the morning. If you have to work late night, for parties , for night out and many more. Staffs are very cooperative. Although,due to COVID dining option is not there. But, you can put up your orders online.
