Today i.e. 26.08.2023, I had the worst experience at your store - SCO Sector 10 A, Gurugram, Haryana. I went with my 5 year old child to the store and placed an order. I was told to wait for 15 mins. I received a text that my order was ready but that wasn't mine. The person who had placed his order after me received his order (of 3 pizzas) before mine and even 2 other separate orders were delivered meanwhile. As my child starting getting hungry, I went to enquire and was told that the order will take time as pizza was wrongly prepared. I was asking for a refund as the child was feeling stomach pain due to being hungry. They didn't give me the refund and made me wait for 40-45 mins. I asked to talk to the store manager and one lady came and she agreed for the same and gave me the money in cash. We came back after wasting around an hour in the store, without any food. This was purely harassment. If I would have been informed that it will take time, we could have gone to other store. Kindly look into the issue and try to improve the service at your store as you claim to deliver within 30 minutes at home and make customers wait for quarter of an hour at the store. I after my horrid experience will think 100 times before going/ordering from Domino's again.

Wow wow wow 😋😋 Pizza are always the best thing to eat when i am latenights on office and always ensure i order from Domino's This outlet always ensure the freshness of toppings and crispyness .This is one of the best Domino's pizza outlets I have visited in Gurgaon, there is an old franchise of Dominos on MG Road. This franchisee of Domino's offers complete Domino's food crafts online and a fast-paced delivery service Proving their USP they have impressed us with some new launches or meals. The staff is very well trained and courteous. As we asked them for meals they helped us to do orders via application. Which is a very convenient and wise option to dodge waiting. The payment was done via UPI hassle-free. This time my order from Domino's included a Veg farmhouse, peppy paneer, Moroccan pasta pizza, achari do pyaza, and cold drinks with garlic bread. Continuing same we have ordered two bottles of cold drinks and choco lava cake. The whole treat cost us around 1000/-. I love Moroccan pasta pizza and secondly peppy paneer. Achari was not very impressive. Choco lava cake as always brought up a lava of saliva😋. The garlic bread was fine too.i highly recommended for...

Worst Domino's i have ever gone.... seriously the workers dont even respect their customers...they already had upper seating still this guys disrespect the customer and told them to please get up bcoz other customers are waiting like seriously dude....my worst Domino's experience i ever had ....and there is one worker who don't even know how to talk to their customers...like dude its not necessary if a boy and girl come .....they are couple they can be friends or brother and sisters too...tbh i felt so disrespectful there and i swear i will never go there....worst...
