INDULGENCE — Restaurant in Gurugram District

I Ravinder Kumar had very bad experience Yesterday on 23 July,17 around 7.10-15 pm i visited to this petrol pump to fill my car( petrol) I asked to tank full .Rs 2052.15 was the amount . I payed though cash i took two, Two thousand rd note to pay ,even one of staff also seen that ,then i handed over to the person who filled petrol & i told him i have two rs change ,even he asked me if i have hundred rs note, i said no.After that i pushed my car to clear place for other vehicle ,just 06 meter away . i Was waiting for my rest money to get back i waited for some time , than i pressed horn for attention.. that staff came, i given him two rs coin & asked for money ,he said you only given one two thousand note, i cross checked, if given one two thousand note why did he went back to office & did note took rest of money , he given illogical answer like i went to deposit money . I requested Manger ( Shamsher singh ) to check the CCTV camera of that particular area, I was shocked to know that their only one camera working ,& that rotating one , & that,s also did not cover when i given money , that time it was moving to other side. It is Serous negligence threat ,their pump is right in front of NSG camp.Than after around one hour discussion,Manger asked me to come today 24th july,17 in the morning , when i went their ,there was one more person ( Bijender name not sure) . He simply said our staff is very honest he can not do like this . I left shocked, they decide them self ,given own staff clean chit. 1.Their camera not working . Their own staff admit to see me taking out two, Two thousand rs note. 3.Staff in particular( according to him) took One 2000 rs note,when bill was amount 2052.15 . 4.Manger become judge, our staff can not do such things What are the option I am left with .My hard earn 1950 rs have...

Lousy place full of flies everywhere - inside food court, toilets. Air conditioners not working / effective However the individual shops outside food court were clean and effective air-conditioning I ordered at sagar ratna, but taste was not authentic 😕

There was no management person there to whom I should have spoken. Please share the number where I can speak then and there itself

Let me add there were no glass at drinking water point. It is obligatory on your part that you provide free drinking water to your customers

I repeat toilets were stinking and there were flies all around including the food court area

AC were not effective

Food at Sagar Ratna was not authentic, it was high salt preparation and flavor was missing (I prefer Sagar Ratna if choice is available and I could feel the difference)

Yes, I enjoyed tea at chai point and I did mention that individual shops are better option.

I hope you will make an honest review what I mentioned before telling that customer had personal frustration or vendetta

Last but not the least, I will definitely come again and see if things are same or improved. I will upload pictures too with thumbs up or thumbs down depending on the then experience

This is about the drive thru in this private commercial complex. My wife went to the washroom, so I parked my car very near to the drive thru lane and not very far from the complex, as it was night time and I didn’t want my wife to walk extra distance just for her safety at night. I was in my car with my kid. My car was parked so that it was very easy for any car to manoeuvre. Suddenly this owner in red t shirt with his wife came and asked me to remove my car as it was his private property as told by him and both started yelling at me very loudly. I again requested him that only 5 mins it will take, but he refused to listened to me and told me that if you want to use washroom than go to any petrol pump. But when I again asked him to kindly allow 5 more mins , than he told his wife to lock my wife inside the washroom. After this incident I took my car outside and parked it. Took my child with me to the drive thru and took my wife from there. Inhuman people are everywhere. Burger king and other brands should reconsider keeping this outlet open where such arrogant owners are there....
