Went specially for kids, for "Make your own Pizza" experience. Here is my experience, with what I liked and what can be improved.
What can be Improved. Broken site - When we tried to make an appointment and pay, the site was broken and we couldn't pay. We then had to pay via cash, which is not ideal these days. Please see, if you can fix that. No Signages - As per Google Maps, things go good, but when you are in a village, you need to make sure that even google map is correct. Hence, few banners can assure us that we are going in the right direction. Connecting Road - The last road to the location is in a bad shape as it is not cemented / blacktop. A sedan would definitely hit the ground if not driven with care. The road should atleast be levelled. A definite no go during rains. Missing banner - A banner at the end of the road can help a lot in identifying where the gate is. You keep on going on a broken road without knowing if the place really exists or not. For a first timer it is a big issue. Covid Protocols - Covid protocols were definitely not followed. No mask, no sanitiser (one, just for the sake of it). Management - The plan was to have lunch and leave before dark, 5ish. The lunch was super duper late, like we started eating by 4:30 and ended by 6:30. This needs a BIG BIG improvement. Old kitchen - The kitchen appliances / utilities are fairly old, not updated with technology. Like, still using 2 gas burner, where you can use 4. Using an age old sandwich maker which is grilling the sandwich in 5-6 minutes, whereas you can use a new one which can help you not only reduce time but also deliver more in less time. Please, upgrade. it costs less. Cooking Staff - The staff was courteous, however, they are not much trained. Doing their work slowly, missing things, unmanaged and confused with orders. I really had to sit on their head to get my food done as it was super late. Marking on farming - if the farming was for the visitors to see, the markings, like which veggie / plant, would have made the experience a bit more better and pleasing. Additionally and person giving a knowledge round to kids would have been helpful. Timings - The team really need to improve on respecting timings. Be it food, be it billing, be it with starting the kids activity. A bit of time tracking helps plan much better.
What I liked Cleanliness - the location was clean, no mess, had plenty dustbins, made of tyres, but small though. Seating - The seating was good and ample with a good mix of open area and sitting area. Some high chairs, some loungers and some sitting in tents as well gave it a good feel overall. Food - Food was good, tasted well. May be because its organic. Washrooms - Surprisingly they had washrooms, in usable and clean condition. Thank you :) Staff - Courteous staff, everyone trying to get the work done, but not able to manage it. I believe, you need a pro or some pro tips. Location - Outside the city, foot hills of Aravalis, good view, low pollution, low population. Parking - People dont think about it, but they do have a dedicated and marked parking space, making it much easier to park and exit. Green and clean energy - They make use of Solar, another great point. Cabins - You can hire a cabin and have a sleepover. Showers - Who has seen an open shower ? Not much I have seen, except in resorts. They do. Make use of it ;)
Overall a nice place for a picnic, a little more management can definitely help much. A little more investment on few things like signages, kitchen and some more training to their staff can help much. I would recommend this place during when we have a bit more longer days, and not so hot, so you can spend some good time.
Good start, all...
