KFC — Restaurant in Gurugram District

This outlet , had no AC in the restaurant , it was quite hot inside , The chicken quality was bad and was sour in taste , as if it was stale , no crispness as if the old one was reheated Please look into the quality as my son has gone ill after having chicken from this outlet I will not recommend anyone to have food from this place Often they donot serve fast , so we went ourselves to take the food and had a very bad experience Looking forward to some resolution !please close the outlet if you cannot maintain it properly with adequate food standards, we are not here to spend money on stale food and after that get ill, that’s worst thing to do...

Worst Service ever received. I ordered food from kfc website at 10:43pm for take away I got message that my food will be ready by 10:52pm. I reached at store by 11:05pm thinking that there could be delay of 5-10 mins. After reaching the outlet I ask my order for takeaway, guy at cashier said it haven't started yet, do you want to order.
