The worst experience from this high rated bakery..... I've ordered many cakes from many shops over the time in gurgaon but the worst one is this....I confirmed if they can make the design I want and they said yes and then delivered a horrible horrible cake which was not at all professional........they made us wait for 1.5 hours for the cake and even after that the cake that was delivered was so bad lookwise as well as taste wise...it was so embarrassing coz I was buying cake for someone else ....stopped giving replies as well as taking calls .....horrible customer service....never recommending anyone to buy from them....worst worst...
