In this comprehensive review, I want to caution fellow travelers, particularly those heading to Nainital, about our unfortunate experience with Charanjeet Singh, the owner or co-owner of the hotel and travel agency. Initially, he presented himself as polite, and we engaged his taxi service from Kathgodam train station to our AirBNB. However, our positive impression soured when, during our multi-day rental negotiation, he attempted to cut the trip short, offering flimsy excuses like avoiding the Nainital mall road on a Saturday night.

The real trouble began on the final day. As promised, we embarked on a sightseeing journey, only to be confronted with unexpected charges upon reaching the train station. Singh, in a calculated move, exploited our imminent departure, tacking on an additional Rs. 2200 to the initially agreed-upon price. It's not merely about the money; it's the deceitful practice of concealing costs and taking advantage of the situation.

My advice to all prospective customers: be cautious and resist falling for his seemingly friendly demeanor. Our unpleasant experience could easily happen to anyone.
